FIRST CIRCUIT Parishes: Acsension, Assumption, East Baton Rouge, East Feleciana. Iberville, Lafourche, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, Washington, West Baton Rouge and West Feliciana.  SECOND CIRCUIT Parishes: Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Claiborne, De Soto, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Red River, Richland, Tensas, Union, Webster, West Carroll and Winn.  THIRD CIRCUIT Parishes: Acadia, Allen, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Catahoula, Concordia, Evangeline, Grant, Iberia, Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, La Salle, Natchitoches, Rapides, Sabine, St. Landry, St. Martin, Vermilion and Vernon.  FOURTH CIRCUIT Parishes: Orleans, Plaquemines and St. Bernard.  FIFTH CIRCUIT Parishes: Jefferson, St. Charles, St. James and St. John the Baptist. |
