With decades of experience as legal counsel to various government entities, including the City of Lafayette, Voorhies & Labbé has represented government in subject matters ranging from utilities regulation and energy procurement, to waste disposal and environmental litigation and civil service matters.

The firm’s attorneys have negotiated utility contracts, prepared ordinances and resolutions for the city council, drafted contracts for public bid law, interpreted existing ordinances and delivered opinion.
